Kristen and Ryan came in from Arizona for there engagement session. They are a very fun couple and are getting married in January. They chose to there session at the San Clemente Police station memorial rose garden, i usually don’t volunteer to hang out at the police station… This was special to Kristen because her family had dedicated a bench in the park to her Grand Mother who volunteered with the SCPD and The Orange County Sheriffs office when they took over. Janet and her daughter Sarah were a lot of fun to photograph. We decided to shoot at Lake Rancho Santa Margarita. It is one of those little hidden wonders… Every turn has a great backdrop and a lot to work with. Enjoy the slideshow… PEACE

Always chasing the light, well I am always looking for a website that might help me out on making sure we have enough light… I finally found a pretty reliable site click here, It has been pretty reliable for me… It is also impressive to research your clients day before they come by the studio. What a great wedding we had with David and Vanessa. They decided to get married at The El Adobe restaurant, in San Juan Capistrano. Happens to be about three doors down form my office. We met 2.5 hours before the ceremony to get all the portraits done. It was great. We did a nice casual walk through downtown and got some amazing images. This was another The OC Wedding Pros wedding. I got the lead from a referral and I sent them to The website and they found Todd. While shooting in front of this pink Door, I noticed a bitchin sign, and thought I better refocus for a second!!!

What a class act the Ritz Carlton is… I shot a wedding there on Saturday. The coolest couple, They came in from Chicago to get married. They had a small 50 person wedding. The cool thing is, the coordinator found out they were staying in one of there hotels over in Maui. for a surprise we emailed these images over o the manager over there and they are printing them out and putting them in frames so when they check in to there room they will have a nice little surprise. Well i had a couple weeks off of shooting. Kind of nice. But I have three weddings this weekend and six total for October. I will have some stuff to blog about I promise. I have shot some families and some head shots, but nothing too exciting. Monday I will post for sure. Think i will shoot a couple shots of my new office and post as well… I just ordered the final piece of furniture for the office, why is it so hard to find exactly what you need. PEACE
