Well i got a sales call on my cell phone tonight… i didnt recognize the area code so i didnt answer it. After they hung up I googled the number and it came up as a survey company. I called them back and asked to speak to the person in charge of purchasing health insurance. It was pretty funny they really didnt know what to say. I told them i could insure there company and beat what ever rate they were getting… Crazy thing was they kept trying to get me off the phone like I was bothering them… WHen i told the guy what i was really doing, he thought that was kind of funny. This was an engagement session i shot on Sunday. We met at The Montage Resort in laguna Beach. I had never met the couple so it took a few minutes to get warmed up, once they did they did awesome. We got some great shots as well. Debra is getting married at The San Clemente Tennis Club, her mom is the wedding coordinator for Courtside Restaurant, which is the restaurant inside the club. Today I shot a cute two year old boy, with my camera. He was so easy I just talked to him and he repeated everything i said. Shooting kids is so much fun when mom lets you do what you want to do. We played ball and trucks together. I think the highlight of his day was when the trash truck came by… I don’t know what the kids see in those my kids both love to run out front when the trash truck comes by. How many people like to BarB-Q especially smoke your own ribs during the summer, everyone knows i sure do. Well while searching the web for a converter so i can convert my gas grille to a smoker I came across this website: Link to page This product looks great… i havent used it yet but it sure makes sense to me. I will let you know with some photos of the food I cook with it…
After I ordered it the inventor actually called me to make sure I really wanted two of them, i ordered one for my dad for fathers day, 30 minutes later we were off the phone and he was the nicest guy. Any ways I didnt think he had the best product shots in the world so i took it upon myself to shoot the thing in the studio for his website, when i cook on it I will take some action shots for him as well. Sarah and Boback are getting married this Saturday, we just shot there engagement photos on Friday. They both graduated form school on Saturday so there schedules have been hectic. We could only meet at 3:30 on Friday afternoon, not the best time for portraits but I think we got some great images. Enjoy and have a great week. PEACE
