PITTSBURGH (AP) – A newlywed couple spent the night in separate jail cells – she in her wedding gown – after police said they brawled with each other, then members of another wedding party, at a suburban Pittsburgh hotel.
The fight started Saturday night after a reception when he knocked her to the floor with a karate kick in the seventh-floor hallway of a Holiday Inn – and escalated when she attacked two guests from another wedding party who came to her aid, police said.
The melee moved to an elevator and then to the lobby, where the couple threw metal planters at the two good Samaritans, causing minor injuries, police charged.
“It was pretty wild,” Ross police Sgt. Dave Syska said.

Dentist David W. Wielechowski, 32, of Shaler, and Christa Vattimo, 25, had married a month earlier in the Bahamas but repeated their vows Saturday at a reception for 150 guests. They were checking into their room when the argument began, police said.
Police arrived to find the dentist lying on the lobby floor and his bride, seemingly highly intoxicated, screaming.
Authorities charged each with simple assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, and the bride with an additional count of public intoxication. They face a May 7 preliminary hearing.
A district judge considered issuing a restraining order against Wielechowski, but his new bride declined the measure.
The couple declined comment upon their release Sunday morning.
She left with her father, still dressed in her white gown.
Wielechowski left alone, sporting a swollen eye, tuxedo pants, a bloody T-shirt and one shoe.

I am actually on my way to shoot another brides baby today… It’s just awesome when you make lifelong clients by shooting there weddings. I should have a few new slideshows by midweek… I had 2 engagements and 2 family photos this last weekend… PEACE

I just did an amazing wedding over the weekend for Eric and Cindy. It was a nice elegant house wedding in the South West part of San Clemente, my old stomping grounds. I got to work with Courtney and Jordan of Joyful Weddings and Events. They were such a pleasure to work with and did an awesome job of getting every detail down for the couple. . About 6 years ago I had hair half way down my back, the hair that grows on the top of my head not on my back, I had been growing my hair for about 10 years and kept nice and healthy. Well I decided to cut my hair. I didn’t just want to cut my hair and let the years of work go out with the trash. I was talking to my friend Joy who owned the salon and she told me about a non-profit organization that made cut hair into wigs for children who had lost there hair because of cancer. I did some research and found the company, Locks of Love. I went in and had my hair cut and I sent it away to be made into a wig.
The cool thing is that this 5th grader at Palisades elementry school in Capo Beach California, was a customer at a photo lab that i worked at, actually his mom. His name is Lincoln, three years ago he decided to start growing his hair so he could donate it to Locks of Love. Well this week his mom called me and asked if I would come to a special assembly at the school because Linkon was going to cut his hair. I was thinking sure just what I want to do at 7:30 in the morning. Then his mom went on and explained that I was his inspiration, along with one of his favorite Anaheim Duck players, to grow his hair and donate it. At that point I was kind of touched, this kid who was in Kindergarten remembers when I cut my hair and it had stuck with him for 6 years and now he is donating it for the cause. I was in shock and I don’t know how i could have ever said no.
I thought I would just show up and see Linkon again and that would be about it, they decided I would get to be the first person to cut his hair, in front of the whole school… I was thinking that thats crazy. I have friends and teachers that were going to be there… Any ways This is how it went down… It was awesome, you just don’t know how great i felt that I was an inspiration to someone, especially a kid who is in the 5th grade. update… Since people have asked… Here is a shot of me from 2001 about one year before I donated my hair… Notice the Jacks Waffleshop t-shirt… Best in the world located in Bishop, CA…

I thought this was pretty funny… Too bad he didnt pull it off, my guess is he will be moving out of the bronx very soon… Link to article
