    I have been working with a good friend of mine on getting his food service out there. I just got done designing his first book. We are going to do a series of Asuka Books. This is his concept of Gourmet dinning in your own home. He will actually fully prepare a gourmet meal and all you have to do is set your oven at 400 and away you go… Check out his website

  • Good job Mr. Broccardo…great looking food shots….I want you to do my cooking book next….I heat water and put in the dry cereal to soak until it’s ready to eat….also I boil water for  my top roman noodles too…
